To ensure sustainability and minimize waste, our pieces are made to order. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a faulty item may slip through our quality control process. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience and addressing any issues that may arise.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only for faulty items. If you receive a ready-to-wear item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your return has been received and accepted by our company, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. Please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Shipping Costs:
We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
