This dress is reminiscent of fluffy clouds and their layers in the sky. Though made of yards and yards of gathered dotted tulle, the layers are used to create flounces and volume, to define a real dreamy ball gown. The electric pleated tulle is asymmetrically layered revealing an interesting composition of texture to compliment the handmade appliqué on the bust. Cinched at the waist, a constructed corset covered by a fine layer of the same tulle, is enriched with vertical lines of fine sequins and precious beads and belted for a more feminine silhouette.
